HIIT Fitness Class - Our coaches use dumbbells, bodyweight and drills to create a full body workout full of variety. No class is ever the same and the coaching styles of our team also vary so you get to experience dynamic classes with different moves, timing and focus each day.
Circuit Style Training - We set up a circuit of stations with our workout gear, laid in a different way each class. Kettlebells, soft boxes, steps, balance trainers, battle ropes, weighted bars, dumbbells, sandbags and more - we create a grown-up playground for fitness fun in these classes.
Strength Training Class - Learn proper form and engagement in this class of all weight-lifting movements with dumbbells. A full-body lift to work every muscle group with the attention and coaching you need to get the best possible results and learn in the process.
Yoga/Mat Pilates - Breathe, move, and strengthen under the open sky! This all-levels class blends the mindful flow of yoga with the core-strengthening and posture-building benefits of Pilates. You’ll improve flexibility, balance, and mobility while engaging your core and calming your mind.
Zumba - Our engaging, empowering joy-filled Zumba classes are like no other Zumba experience you have had - we promise! The beach, sunrise and our dance-trained instructors make a fitness-dance-Zumba class you will never want to miss.
Challenges METCONS & HEROES - Expect a workout that will challenge you to complete rounds and reps for time, Metabolic-Conditioning circuits or well-known HERO workouts known to test your limits and find the hero inside of your inner athlete! Every week will be a challenge that will require you to level-up and push past perceived limits or abilities in a fun, safe, dynamic setting. Not up for the challenge? Modifications will be available for all levels.
