Lightweight Dumbbells Provided

Full-body, strength and cardio workout, combining bodyweight, light weights, and resistance bands. Combination movements to burn and test your muscle endurance plus weighted cardio to crank the heartrate and challenge your limits.

Fit Camp Hero Workout

Our toughest workout of the week we save for Friday mornings. Bring your running shoes for boardwalk running thrown into tough chippers, hero wods, partner workouts and EMOM’s designed to test your stamina, endurance and fitness. This workout is extra tough

Zumba

6:30 - 7:30AM

Held concurrently for those athletes who want to dance their way into the weekend! Fast-paced, high energy, and so much fun you won’t know you’re exercising! You have never had this much fun dancing and moving before with our amazing Zumba instructors!


SATURDAY

Hybrid Full Body Workout

7:30 - 8:30AM

Pods of cardio movements, body weight movements and the addition of dumbbells to add time under tension to your cardio, abs and static movements.


SUNDAY

Hybrid Circuits

7:30 - 8:30AM

A fun circuit workout with ropes, balls, kettlebells and more. Interval style or our team competition style with burpee points, plank-offs, and fun challenges.
